CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING
Classified Ad's will run for 1 month. We will categorize this section when we begin to receive classified advertisements. Ad can include 1 small picture,75 words or 550 characters (including spaces) for the description, and up to 2 telephone numbers (this is in addition to the paragraph description).

These banner ads are paid advertisements by local area business owners in Western North Carolina. Western North Carolina Guidebook is proud to support local business owners in Western North Carolina. We welcome all business owners from Asheville, Clyde, Waynesville, Lake Junaluska, Maggie Valley, Sylva, Dillsboro, Franklin, Cherokee, Whittier, Bryson City, Nantahala Gorge, Topton, Nantahala Village, Almond, Fontana Lake, and Robbinsville, to let us take care of your advertising needs. If you do not have an internet presence, let us design a small or complete website for you. No matter what your needs, Western North Carolina Guidebook can meet them. LIMITATIONS
The following limitations apply to all advertisers who wish to use the WNC Guidebook Directory:
· 1) All advertising must relate to the tourism industry, and the business must be located within the Western North Carolina area.
· 2) All advertisers must maintain working links. Dead links will be removed, and a refund will not be given if this occurs.
· 3) All links will be checked. Websites that are distasteful, profane, and etc... will have their link revoked, and a refund will not be given.
· 4) Only one Ad per SECTION is allowed.
Non-renewal of your lease will cause us to remove your AD, and links. You will still have a free posting in our directory, but we will modify the description as we see fit.
Other Limitations
Advertising arrangements on our pages are not reserved, and the first advertiser to pay for the spot will get it. An advertiser may hold the spot for as long as the renewal fee is paid 1 week in advance. If fee is unpaid 1 week in advance, the first advertiser to pay for the spot will get it.
· 1) We accept one TOP banner ad, one MIDDLE banner ad, and one BOTTOM banner ad on any of our web pages. Size is limited to a (468 x 60) banner.
· 2) Only one banner ad per page is allowed to represents the same business entity. Advertisers may only have one Ad per SECTION.
· 3) Full Page and Half Page Ads will NOT be limited on content if you have your own designed webpage, but the content must fit into our specified page size limitations.
4) A standard Full Page Ad is 12” from top to bottom, and a Half Page Ad it is 6” from top to bottom.

Let us design the perfect web page for you. We can design your Half Page, or Full Page Ad for you using our own web page design interface. Some businesses do not need an entire website to advertise their service, and most businesses cannot afford the cost of making their presence on the internet known. You can now! We offer the following affordable, custom designed webpage plans that should meet the needs of any small business.
Half-Page Custom Webpage Design Package
Basic Half-Page design, plus 1 year of STANDARD HOSTING. *Note… after your 1 year of hosting, you must renew your yearly STANDARD LISTING at $15.00/year. This package includes up to 2 medium pictures, your logo, choice of background color and text color, 100* or 150* word descriptions, and an email link. Package Price : $65.00
*Business owner will need to submit up to 2 pictures, logo, email address, a 100 (font size 12) or 150 (font size 10) word description about your services, and business. Finally, you will need to submit your choice of background color/ text color. We will design 4 separate webpages for you to choose from using the best picture placement, background and text colors for the page based on your preferences. You pick the one you like the best, and we will begin hosting it. Due to the time demand for webpage creations, if you are unsatisfied with all 4 webpage designs, we will try to design 1 more page in an attempt to get it right, or we will refer you to another webpage designer.
Full Page Custom Webpage Design Package
Basic Full Page design, plus 1 year of STANDARD HOSTING. *Note… after your 1 year of hosting, you must renew your yearly STANDARD LISTING at $15.00/year. This package includes up to 6 medium pictures, your logo, choice of background color and text color, 250* or 300* word descriptions, and an email link. Package Price : $125.00

Finally, you will need to submit your choice of background color/ text color. We will design 4 separate designs for you to choose from using the best picture placement, background and text colors for the page based on your preferences. If you have already registered, and purchased your domain name, we can TRANSFER your domain name to your new FTP account for FREE. This is not a redirect service. This is an actual transfer of your domain name to your new FTP account, and your website will actually show up as www.yourname.com.
NOTE: This service does not include the purchase & registration of your Domain Name. You must already own a registered domain name to use this service. If you have not yet purchased & registered your own personal domain name, we can assist you with the purchase & registration process. This service requires an additional $12.00 a year added to the cost of your package price. Once the purchase & registration of your domain name is complete, we will transfer your new domain name to your FTP account for FREE.

Sidebar box Ads, typical to the Amazon.com box Ads to either side of this page, can be added to any of our web pages. The size is typical to the size of the Amazon.com Ads, and the rates are the same as the above banner ad rates for Top, Middle, and Bottom positions. If your sidebar box Ad is a different size (height only) we can discuss a lower price for a smaller Ad, or vice-versa for a longer sidebar box Ad.
